"What a beautiful family Wedding and a wonderful Ceremony we had at Hartsfield Manor.
When I first met our couple back in March I knew instantly that I was going to enjoy working with them both, they were my type of couple both down-to-earth, fun, and very much in love. They both wanted the best for each other and their family, and I was so excited to be delivering a personal Ceremony for them and being part of their day.
On my drive up through acres of stunning Surrey countryside I arrived at this most beautiful Victorian venue and I knew we were all in for a treat. The most perfect place for a wedding.
On arrival, I was greeted by the Venue Staff who were so friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable offering me a very welcome coffee and I was shown outside to where the wedding was taking place. The whole place looked stunning with the added bonus of a white piano where the talented Lance Jones was tickling the ivories.
After setting up I went upstairs to the bridal chamber to meet with the bride Kerry, she was as calm as a cucumber and looked beautiful. I had a little pre-wedding chat and met her lovely Mum and beautiful daughter Harpa-Rae.
Guests were arriving and everyone looked happy and excited - there was a really relaxed family atmosphere, and I had time to chat to family and friends of the bride and groom all wishing the best for our lovely couple and looking forward to an amazing day.
I caught up with the now very nervous groom who looked extremely handsome and his Groomsmen and we all got in place to welcome our stunning bride Kerry.
A few calming words and then the music started and we were off! Nine stunning bridesmaids walked down towards us, together with the cutest of flower girls scattering rose petals followed by our lovely bride on the arm of one very proud father Steve.
When Liam saw his very beautiful Kerry he was overcome with emotion and the two of them looked over the moon as they stood together in front of all the very special people in their lives. It was the hottest day of the year so was a testament to them both to stand in the very hot sun both looking happily into each other eyes.
We had two very heartfelt and amazing readings from Liam’s Sister Danielle and Kerry’s brother Paul which brought tears to our couple’s eyes.
We brought the Ceremony to a close as Kerry and Liam were pronounced man and wife with huge applause and lovely loud cheering, and while Kerry and Liam took time to sign their certificate with their witnesses we were treated to the wonderful piano music of Lance Jones.
As they walked up the aisle together being showered by rose petals, I could tell they were going to have the most amazingly perfect day surrounded by all of the people who love and support them.
What a wonderful couple and it was such an honour to have been part of their special day. I wish them so much happiness now and, in the future, and thank them for trusting in me to deliver their Ceremony.
