Did you know that UK celebrants can legally marry couples in the USA, in all but a couple of its 50 states? Whether you are a British couple wanting a ceremony abroad or an American couple wanting a British celebrant to conduct your service, it is possible! In the UK, it is not (yet) legal for a celebrant to file the paperwork from your ceremony, but this is not the case over the pond . . if you are a UK couple, a copy of your certificate and paperwork will be forwarded to the British registry office, ensuring that all requirements are documented and on file here, making your union legal despite the fact that the service was not conducted on UK soil.
So, if this has been your dream, or you would like to discuss this option further, please do contact me for an informal chat.
