And so the sun shone. . .hoorah!

At last, we managed an outdoor ceremony with blue skies and sunshine at the lovely Gildings Barn, and what a wonderful day it was! The fabulous Lucy and Jon tied the knot out in the field at the back of the barn, and enjoyed amazing countryside views.

We had an intimate layout with chairs in gentle arcs, and the couple faced their guests throughout, and with my PA system set up, we made sure everyone saw and heard everything that was going on. We had two beautiful readings, and involved the couple's lovely mums in a lovely emotional moment too. I got to tell the couple's personal story, and involved all of their guests in some promises to support the bride and groom's vows. It was just lovely! They even had percussion instruments to accompany the couple as they walked back down the aisle for the confetti throw!
