A "Topping Out" Ceremony hails from ancient Scandinavia, and is a formal event that signifies the moment that a building has reached it's maximum height. It is also a great opportunity to look ahead and to see how the building (in its soon to be finished form) will impact and improve the lives of those that pass through it's doors.
Members of the construction team and any associated dignitaries, can sign the final beam and this then becomes a fundamental part of the finished structure. This is something that can be remembered and shared with future generations so that they understand the connection to the building and it's construction.
